Who We Are

A foundation built on purpose.

The Samora Kalosi Foundation is a registered non-governmental organization based in Nairobi, Kenya. We were founded in 2025 under the NGO Co-ordination Act of 1990.

We exist to serve communities facing poverty, poor health, limited education, and lack of clean water. We work directly at the grassroots level. Our programs are built around real needs identified with local communities.

What We Do

Community Outreach+

We go into communities to understand needs firsthand. We work with local leaders, elders, and county governments to identify where help is needed most.

Direct Support+

We provide food, clothing, shelter, and medical support to individuals and families who cannot meet their basic needs.

Economic Empowerment+

We train disadvantaged individuals in entrepreneurship and vocational skills. We also provide start-up capital to help people build their own livelihoods.

Stakeholder Partnerships+

We work with donors, institutions, and corporates to pool resources and scale our programs across Kenya.

Governance and Accountability+

We train community leaders on transparency and decision-making. We also hold ourselves to the same standard through audited accounts and open reporting.
